Twelve from the Wetlands

The common knowledge says that when experiencing live music there are more forces at work than just the music. There are energies that come from all over the place to make that particular experience, that particular experience. To me the two most defining forces at any event are almost always the crowd and the venue. One venue that stands out among the many that we all frequent is the Wetlands Preserve in New York City. For those of you that have never experienced the black lit hallways, super kush lounge and intimate stage it is a must for your to do list. But the architecture of the building is not what youll remember, what youll remember is the physical energy that actually seeps out of the walls.

This series is a smattering of images Ive made at the Wetlands. Enjoy!
