I'm quite sanguine about 2003. Hyped up. High on what's to follow. There are plenty of intriguing events to come over the forthcoming twelve months: the next steps for Phish, the ongoing journey of Panic, Bonnaroo II (and more?), summer festivals all, the Jammys, the big Relix music festival (stay tuned), the moe.down hoop tourney (this is my year) and perhaps above all else the mystery show that's going to take my by surprise, kick me in the ass and introduce me to the next band that I'll need to see again whose music will be in constant car rotation (to the eventual dismay of my wife and daughter). As for 2002 we have more in our series of 2002 in Review features, including our editors' favorite live shows, our readers' favorites and our year-end charts. Not only that but a number of stories that look back (and ahead) from a range of perspectives- including interviews with Rob Derhak, Reid Genauer, ekoostik hookah, Dana Monteith and Mofro. We'll have an announcement regarding out Amateur Photo Essay Contest. Oh yeah, we also have our new Jambands.com 250. Go ahead and vote, I just did... part of the electorate,
