Images From The Road - 1999
Edited by Janene Otten

Unlike many bands that put out an album and tour to support that album, most of the bands we come out to see often tour constantly, without many breaks, with or without a new album. Here are some images of those bands captured throughout the last twelve months.

Some tours from 1998 deserve some attention. Rusted Root has broken up - for now - but percussionist Jim Donovan tells me it may not be permanent. 1998's Furthur Festival was outstanding. The Other Ones and Hot Tuna were spot on, and Independance Day doesn't get much better than this.
