I used to enjoy drinking O’Douls aruond people to fuck with them. Due to my complete lack of interest in being drunk, people assumed I was nailed to the x and I was thus would become shocked that I was severely violating some ethical code by drinking this beer-flavored non-intoxicant. Of course, there are stupid vegan straight edge people today that would consider this an edge break, but a lot of these same people drink Kombucha (which has the same amount of alcohol as O’Douls AND contains living organisms), so whatever.In conclusion: Straight edge is dumb, and I’m a much happier person now that I’m not forcing myself to think I particularly like Fugazi (as I used to via being a really deep college student who appreciated guitar interplay and dense musical textures’ ).
