Oysterhead played a private party Saturday night at Trey Anastasios barn, outside of Burlington, VT. The trio, which spent the week rehearsing at the barn, consists of Anastasio (Phish), Les Claypool (Primus, Frog Brigade) and Stewart Copeland (The Police). The group was originally scheduled to perform Friday at Toads Place in New Haven, CT and Saturday at Irving Plaza in New York. However, both shows were canceled in the wake of last weeks tragedy. There is a chance the Irving show will be rescheduled. An announcement is expected by Wednesday.
Oysterhead’s fall tour kicks off October 21 at The Paramount in Seattle, WA. For the complete itinerary, visit www.oysterhead.com.
