New Yorks Wetlands Preserve has announced that it will host live music this Saturday, September 29. A power jam will take place on the main stage and Next Tribe and Flacanticide will perform in the lounge. It is the last night of music scheduled at the club, which originally planned to close its doors on September 15. Musicians for the power jam are still being confirmed. Expect a line-up announcement tomorrow.
The venue will be open tomorrow night, although no bands will perform. Instead, music from the clubs live archive will be featured. There will be no admission this weekend, but donations will be accepted at the door. All proceeds will benefit relief efforts in New York City.
