The Global Funk Council has announced its New Year’s Eve 2001 run. The group features Eric Bolivar formerly of Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Dan Lebowitz and Steve Adams from Animal Liberation Orchestra, and Anthony Smith formerly of Giant People. The band will play December 27 at Tongue & Groove in San Francisco, CA, December 28 at Club Creation in Park City, UT and December 29 and 31 at The Lazy Moon Saloon in Salt Lake City, UT.
