Drummer Eric Kalb and trombonist Brian Kaplan will perform with Rainbow Trout this weekend. Kalb (Deep Banana Blackout) and Kaplan (Conehead Bhudda) will join the band Friday at the Bullfrog Brewery in Williamsport, PA and Saturday ay Beardslee Castle in Little Falls, NY. The group is comprised of Jason Crosby (keyboards), Dave Diamond (drums), Bill Titus (guitar), Paul Dooley (vocals), Mark Calderon (bass),

Meanwhile, Crosby is headed to Dockside Studios in Louisiana this summer to record his second album with the Jason Crosby Band. The CD will feature members of Rainbow Trout as well as Jeff Sipe, Kebbi Williams and Chris Crosby, Jason’s brother.
