The Other Ones Announce Conditional Fall Dates; Terrapin Station will be Broadcast

The Other Ones have announced a string of fall shows, which will take place assuming this weekends Terrapin Station shows at Alpine Valley have a safe and positive outcome. The tentative fall itinerary stops in Virginia, Washington DC, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Illinois. The Other Ones current line-up features Bob Weir, Phil Lesh, Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann, Jimmy Herring, Rob Barraco and Jeff Chimenti.

Both Alpine Valley shows will be webcast Saturdays show will be broadcast on Chicago station WXRT. The band is urging anyone without tickets to not come to Alpine Valley.

Mike Gordon, Chris Frantz, Tina Weymouth Perform with Max Creek

Several special guests took the stage with Max Creek this weekend at Indian Lookout Country Club in Mariaville, NY. Last night, drummer Chris Frantz and bassist Tina Weymouth (Talking Heads, Tom Tom Club) joined the group for Life During Wartime. Bassist Mike Gordon (Phish) sat in for the encore, which included Magic Carpet Ride and ‘China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider.
On Saturday, Gordon Stone added banjo to Water, Henry -> Ashes of Love. David Gans also played guitar and sang during Playin’ In The Band.
