Mike Gordon and Leo Kottkes new album, Clone, will be released October 8 on Private Music, an imprint of RCA Victor. The disc features a mix of instrumentals and vocal tracks. In addition to bass, Gordon (Phish) adds piano, electric guitar and percussion, while Kottke plays both guitar and percussion. The duo will tour briefly from November 5 19. Expect an announcement in the weeks ahead.
Fans that pre-order the album through Phish.com be eligible to win a pair of tickets to see a private show in New York City on October 1. All winners must be at least 21 years old.
