Sound Tribe Sector 9 has confirmed its New Years Eve concert. The band will perform at The Regency Center in San Francisco. The night is being billed as Sea of Dreams and the posh venue feature four separate rooms: Bubble Ball, Isle of Avalon, The Red Sea Cabaret and Black Lite Lagoon.
