Radio program Jam Nation is currently holding an essay contest for fans interested in attending an intimate Galactic performance this Thursday in Hartford, CT. The band will be recording a one-hour set, which will be broadcast this Sunday, November 24 on Radio 104 in Hartford beginning at 8 p.m. It can also be heard online at www.radio104.com and nationally on XM Satellite Radio (Ch. 43) Thursdays at 9 p.m. EST with encore presentations Fridays at 4 a.m. and 11 a.m., Saturdays at 1 a.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m.

To enter the contest, send an essay to [email protected] describing the most compelling moment that you have experienced at a Galactic concert. Entries cannot exceed 250 words and are due by 5 p.m. EST Wednesday. Winners will be notified by 9 p.m. EST Wednesday night.
