Jam Nation has been renewed for another year on XM Satellite Radio. The program will continue to air on XMU Channel 43, five times a week, Thursday at 9PM EST with rebroadcasts Fridays at 4AM and 11AM EST, Saturdays at 1 AM EST and Sundays at 3PM EST. In addition plans are underway for a ‘Live From Jam Nation’ program which will offer encore presentations of bands’ live performances on the show. Musicians who played on Jam Nation in 2002 include Galactic, Warren Haynes, Particle, Steve Kimock Band, Tom Tom Club, Derek Trucks Band, the Slip and Strangefolk.
