Psychedelic Breakfast has just kicked off its Bona Fide tour, in support of its new live CD. Last night at the George Street Grocery in Jackson, MI, two of the band members swapped instruments during the first set. Guitarist Tim Palmieri took over on drums while drummer Adrian Tramontano moved to guitar (a complete rotation jam was not possible due to keyboardist Jordan Giangrecos fractured right wrist, which prevented him from taking a turn on the bass). In other health news, Palmieri has been plagued by shingles recently causing him to sit while performing.
The tour will include stops in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Louisiana, Illinois, Wisconsin and Kentucky.
PB plays tonight at the Maple Leaf in New Orleans. For more information, visit www.psychedelicbreakfast.com.
