Mike Gordon, Karl Denson, DJ Le Spam Jam with Vida Blue

Mike Gordon, Karl Denson and DJ Le Spam took the stage with Vida Blue night at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia. Le Spam emerged early in the show and remained for most of the set, which included several classic rock covers such as Pink Floyds Sheep, John Lennons Jealous Guy and Led Zeppelins No Quarter. The theme continued during the encore, with first-time covers of Elton Johns Tiny Dancer and Levon. Bassist Mike Gordon then emerged for renditions of Phishs Strange Design and Magilla. For the last song of the night, Karl Denson and Tiny Universe members Chris Littlefield (trumpet) and Brian Jordan (guitar) sat in on CJ3, which also featured Gordon.

Saturdays show at Lupos in Providence, included another new cover, Radioheads Subterranean Homesick Alien, with DJ Le Spam.
