Saxophonist Jeff Coffin of Bela Fleck and the Flecktones has announced plans for a brief summer tour. Coffins band will include drummer Jeff Sipe (Susan Tedeschi, Aquarium Rescue Unit, Leftover Salmon) guitarist Pat Bergeson (Lyle Lovett, Bill Frisell), and bassist Derek Jones (Nickel Creek). The itinerary includes stops in Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, New York and Massachusetts. Coffin is touring in support of his latest release, Go Round, available now on Compass Records.
