Phish will be appear on the HBO program On the Record with Bob Costas this Friday, July 18 at 11:30 p.m. EST. A short portion of the show will feature the band and its fans, which were filmed last week at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA. The episode will also include interviews with Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton and actress Angelina Jolie.
Phish plays tonight at USANA Amphitheatre in West Valley City, UT. (The last time the band performed in Utah was 11-2-98 it covered Pink Floyds Dark Side of the Moon album; a ya-snooze-ya-lose prank on the many fans that skipped the show, which followed the much-hyped Halloween concert in Vegas.)
