Today marks the release of Volume 3 in moe.s Warts and All live series, which offers fans digital sound board recordings of complete shows. The three-disc set was recorded on November 13, 1998 at the Vic Theater in Chicago and features moe. staples such as 32 Things, Plane Crash and Sensory Deprivation Bank.
The band has also announced more details on its Halloween show, slated for Chicagos Aragon Ballroom on October 31. The event is being billed as The Headbangers’ Left Ball: An Evening of Heavy moe.tal’ and will include opening act AC/DShe, an all-female AC/DC cover band from San Francisco. Meanwhile, moe. guitarist Al Schnier and his side project, The Transamericans, have also released a new album today, titled Analog. The band Gordon Stone, Erik Glockler, Vinnie Amico and Kirk Juhas – is currently in the midst of a 10-date run.
