Renowned percussionist Cyro Baptista and members of Beat the Donkey will host a percussion clinic this weekend in Chicago as part of the World Music Festival. The workshop will take place Saturday at 2 p.m. at Rhythm. Fans are encouraged to bring drums and percussion instruments for the interactive seminar. Baptistas extensive resume includes work with Sting, Paul Simon, Herbie Hancock, Dr. John, John Zorn, Yo-Yo Ma, David Byrne and Trey Anastasio, among others.
