Particle has announced the details of its Halloween show, which is scheduled for October 31 at Irving Plaza in New York City. The theme of the evening will be Studio 54, the famous NYC dance club that reached its peak in the late 1970s, when it was the hottest celebrity nightspot in town (Cher was once turned away because she wasnt on the exclusive VIP list). Particle will transform Irving into a virtual disco inferno, and fans are encouraged to dress for the occasion.
If you’re not ‘on the list,’ you can purchase tickets now through www.irvingplaza.com.

In other news, the band celebrated its third anniversary over the weekend in its hometown of Los Angeles. Special guest Rob Wasserman added bass to Kneeknocker and then returned with trumpeter Willy Waldman in the second set for a 30-minute version of Cyclops Suzy.
The band kicks off its fall tour Friday in Live Oak, FL. For the full calendar, visit www.particlepeople.com.
