Zilla, the quartet led by String Cheese Incident drummer Michael Travis and hammered dulcimer hero Jamie Janover will set out on its Winter Ski Tour 2004 beginning on January 7 at 8150 in Vail. Zilla, which also features guitarist Aaron Holstein and keyboard player Steve Vidaic, has issued one live disc, Crop Circle Brain Factory Volume I and recently began work on its studio debut. To this end the group has been soliciting titles for this release and the band recently noted, ‘More than one of you have suggested the album be titled ‘GOD’, but you see, our name may be similar to Godzilla, except God is our SILENT partner….’ (One has to believe that a number of folks have submitted Got as an alternative title but feel free to send that one along to [email protected]).).
