Taking a break from moe.‘s busy spring schedule, guitarist Al Schnier will round up his Transamericans for a string of Northeast dates this May. In addition to a previously announced performance on the Rocks Off Concert Cruise, the Transamericans have confirmed a headlining show at The Call in Providence, RI on May 26. The Americana-based rock band will also support a Jon Fishman-bolstered version of Jazz Mandolin Project at Hartford’s Webster Theatre on May 27 and Philadelphia’s Theater of the Living Arts on May 28. Not one to be outdone, fellow moe. axe-man Chuck Garvey has announced his own solo spot this spring, opening for NRBQ in Cincinnati, OH on June 17.
In more moe. news, the quintet will once again spend Thanksgiving weekend in New York City, playing a pair of shows at Roseland Ballroom
on November 26 and 27.
