The Stockholm Syndrome has announced that the gig scheduled for London’s Borderline has been cancelled after the club failed to secure and issue a work permit in a timely fashion. The inaugural Stockholm Syndrome tour had routed through Europe and was slated to conclude tomorrow night at Borderline. Refunds are available and in addition the group has pledged a free Holy Happy Hour to all ticketholders along with an invitation to the next London show. This now gives the group a few more days off before Thursday’s performance at New York’s Knitting Factory. In addition the quintet has confirmed an intensive summer tour of the U.S. which will begin on June 29 at the Variety Playhouse in Athens and conclude on August 8 at the State Bridge Lodge in Bond, CO.
