The New Deal continues to expand its fall east coast run, which now stretches into late November. Though the Canadian trio has spent 2004 off the road, save for a lone appearance in Toronto on Canada Day, it looks to be a busy fall for the New Deal.

The groups first scheduled US date takes place in Burlington, VT, opening for Talib Kweli at the University of Vermont on September 25. Additional dates include Rochester, NY, Boston, MA, Ithaca, NY and Philadelphia, PA.
Perhaps most intriguing, the New Deal will play a two-night Thanksgiving weekend stand at New Yorks Bowery Ballroom on November 26 and 27. A favorite New Deal venue, portions of the groups June 2002 Bowery shows have been released as Live: NYC 05.31.02 / 06.01.02 .
