More than a decade ago childhood friends David Andrews and Caleb Klauder formed Calobo, which eventually expanded from an acoustic duo to a septet. Calobo separated a few years ago but its members have continued to gig in various configurations. Last year Andrews relocated from the Pacific Northwest to Nashville where he recorded Everything to Lose with producer (and Lone Justice co-founder) Marvin Etzioni. The musicians for these sessions included Bucky Baxter on pedal steel, Bob Glaub on bass and Ken Coomer on drums. Andrews has now returned to his home region for a month of touring that will begin Saturday at White Eagle in Portland,OR.
