Later this month the Grateful Dead Movie will make its debut in the High Definition digital format. The film, which recently was re-mastered will screen nationwide for three nights only in those theaters equipped with the ability to project HD video and with a 5.1 surround sound mix, akin to the one envisoned by the film’s director, Jerry Garcia. The movie is scheduled to run on January 24, 25, and 26, with a list of participating theaters and screen times available at Cinevents.net.
