Over the years, RANA has appeared on a wide range of stages throughout the greater New York area. Indeed, after spending its formative years as the Wetlands unofficial house band, the Brooklyn-based quartet celebrated New Years Eve at CBGBs, also pairing with Lynyrd Skynyrd for an appearance at the Hammerstein Ballroom last year. On Saturday, RANA will perform in another unique setting, opening for guitar-rock band Mountain at Farmingdale, NYs the Downtown. RANAs opening spot also marks the groups first performance on Long Island.
Also, tonight, RANA will preview its newest material a special 30-minute showcase at the Canal Room. An opening spot for Salvador Santana, RANA is expected to run through many songs debuted while out West with The Duo this spring.
