Sound Tribe Sector 9 is among the first bands to confirm its New Years plan. The electronic collective will return to Atlanta’s Tabernacle for a three-night stand from December 29-31. Special guests are expected to open for STS9 for each of its performances, as well as a variety of artists and painters. Last year STS9’s Atlanta celebration featured a special opening set by Tortoise. The group has also confirmed a handful of east coasts dates in October leading up to a performance at Worcester, MA’s Palladium on October 22.
