On Sunday Al Schnier, Chuck Garvey and Rob Derhak performed their third acoustic show at New Yorks CODA. Unlike previous weeks, however, the trio was joined by a fourth familiar face: moe. drummer Vinnie Amico. Amico sat in with his bandmates for their entire performance which included such numbers as That Country Song, 32 Things and, of course, New York City. While moe.rons debate whether or not this gig qualifies as a Phantasy Tour-stats worthy moe. performance, Jambands.com wishes to remind fans that this it is not the first time the quartet his performed without percussionist Jim Loughlin. On September 14, 2001, moe. performed without Loughlin at Bostons Orpheum Theater due to travel complications relating to 9/11 and, more recently, Loughlin was unable to perform at Clifton Park, NYs moe.Joe benefit on March 22, 2003.
