This past weekend Seth Winters took the stage with the Vivino Brothers and Bernard Pretty Purdie at the Towne Crier Cafe in Pawling New York. Winters, who added guitar to the Sonny Rollins composition Tenor Madness, had previously appeared with Jimmy Vivino (Max Weinberg 7, Fab Faux) numerous times over the years at Wetlands, Tobacco Road and other venues (under his given name of Seth Feinberg ). Purdie, often billed as the worlds most recorded drummer, has performed with Aretha Franklin, James Brown, BB King and many others. Winters will return to his current home in Atlanta to resuming gigging with his current band, The Palindromes.
