A moe.ron/Bisco Mixer

On Friday, the Disco Biscuits began its busiest year since 2003 with a moe. opening spot at Chicagos Aragon Ballroom. While the popular touring bands have intersected at festivals like Bonnaroo and moe.down, Fridays performance marked the first time moe. and the Disco Biscuits have shared an indoor marquee since Halloween 1999. Shortly after moe. thanked our friends in the Disco Biscuits for playing with us and our friends in Umphreys McGee for drinking with us, Brendan Bayliss officially welcomed the group to Chicago, adding guitar and vocals to set-closing version of Moth. During McBain, Disco Biscuits Aron Magner also emerged, performing on Al Schniers moog synthesizer. moe. also got into the Bisco spirit, starting its trademark Timmy Tucker on Friday and completing it a night later at St. Louis, MOs Pageant Theatre (moe. also offered a dyslexic version of Time Ed at Ann Arbors Michigan Theater).

Shorting before covering Radioheads Karma Police, Rob Derhak also mentioned that Rusted Root and Bill Nershis Honkytonk Homeslice would join moe., Keller Williams and Umphreys McGee at Illinois’ Summer Camp in May.
