John Ginty’s resume spans several genres, having worked with everyone from Jewel to Bad Religion, in addition to clocking several years in Robert Randolph’s Family Band. Lately, Ginty has gone out under his own name and has recently released his debut, Fireside Live. The 11 song, 2-CD set recorded over two nights in October 2005 at the Fireside in New Jersey, contains over 80 minutes of music and includes appearances by JT Thomas (Jemimah Puddleduck, Bruce Hornsby) and Mark Karan (Jemimah Puddleduck, RatDog). The John Ginty Band will perform tonight at Asbury Park, NJ’s The Saint.
