Drummer Will Robinson will leave Moonshine Still following its performance at Atlanta’s Variety Playhouse Saturday. In a public statement, Moonshine Still said, ‘It is with much love and sadness that we announce today that our friend and drummer, and a founding member of the band, Will Robinson is leaving Moonshine Still due to personal reasons. Life on the road has taken its toll on Will, and after many prayers, and much discussion we arrived at the conclusion that the best solution for all parties involved would be for Will’s tenure as Moonshine’s drummer to draw to a close.’ As Moonshine Still heads into festival season, Jon Joiner, a soon-to-be graduate of Georgia College and State University’s Music Program, will handle drum duties. Moonshine Still’s next scheduled performance will take place Friday at Chattanooga, TN’s Rhythm and Brews.
