Over the weekend, U-Melt kicked-off its spring tour with a Friday performance at Teaneck, NJs Mexicali Blues and a Saturday show at Albany, NYs Red Square. During its three-hour second set Saturday, the quartet also invited out moe. drummer, and Albany local, Vinnie Amico for a cover of Steely Dan’s ‘Kid Charlemagne.’ U-Melts spring tour will continue Wednesday at Baltimore, MDs The 8×10. The group will then work its way through the Midwest where they will link back up with Amico and the rest of moe. at Chillacothe, IL’s Summer Camp Music Festival.
