Over the weekend Signal Path’s Ryan Burnett joined the Pnuma Trio onstage for its set at Charlotte, NC’s Neighborhood Theatre. A benefit performance for the politically-charged Conscious Vibes organization, the multi-band bill also featured appearances from Bump, Gruvtu, Incognito Mosquito and Outformation. As it turns out, Burnett’s appearance wasn’t a one-off; throughout the summer Burnett will tour with Signal Path as a special guest guitarist. Burnett and the Pnuma Trio will perform approximately 19 dates in July and August. Signal Path has been on hiatus since March after its keyboardist, Benjamin Frimmer, permanently relocated to Israel.
