Primus Returns for One-Off Performance

Les Claypool will round-up Primus for a one-off performance in July. Primus will perform at Twin Lakes, WIs The Hedgpeth Festival on July 29, joining a growing lineup which already includes The Flaming Lips, Kings of Leon, They Might Be Giants, Peeping Tom featuring Mike Patton, Blue October, Minus the Bear, Rocco Deluca and the Burden, Copeland, Los Amigos Invisibles, Anberlin, The Go! Team, The Whigs, Murder by Death, The Black Angels, Red Letter Agent and Trampled by Turtles, among others. The first annual festival will take place from July 28-29, with a camping option available for those 21 years of age and older.

Claypool has a busy summer ahead of him, during which the bassist will issue his first novel (_South of the Pumphouse_), debut his first feature film (_Electric Apricot_), release an album (_Of Whales and Woe_) and launch a tour with his Fancy Band. Most of the stuff I do these days is piecemeal because my schedule is so busy, Claypool tells Its like I am working a stove with all these pots. I keep switching between burners, hoping to cook something up.
