The Neville Brothers, BB King, Brazilian Girls and the Bad Plus Join Festival International de Jazz de Montr

An eclectic mix of artists will perform at the 27th annual Festival International de Jazz de Montr in June and July. Scheduled to take place from June 29 to July 9, Montreals JazzFest will offer both a variety of free, outdoor gigs, as well as a handful of indoor performances at venues throughout the city. This years marquee acts include BB King, Brad Mehldau, Calexico, Wayne Shorter, the Roots, Brazilian Girls, The Bad Plus, Seu Jorge, Paul Simon, John Zorn, Tony Bennett, Baaba Maal and Amadou et Mariam, among many others. The Montreal JazzFest will also honor its New Orleans cousins by offering a headlining performance from Neville Brothers and an appearance by Allen Toussaint.
