While perhaps as extensive as, say, Phishs infamous July 29, 2003 performance at Burgettstown, PAs Post-Gazette Pavilion, Dave Matthews Bands two night run at thevenue offered its share of song bust outs and surprise guests. On both nights the brass section of Ian Gordon (trumpet) and Reggie Watkins (trombone) enhanced the current horn duo of Leroi Moore and Rashawn Ross for the majority of both sets. On Sunday, G. Love, who opened the first eight nights of the DMBs summer tour, joined the group onstage for the first time in a decade for Smooth Rider. The same night Matthews broke out So Right, off Everday, for the first time in three years. The Dave Matthews Band will perform tonight on Toronto with Matisyahu supplying opening duties.
