On Friday night the Ozric Tentacles will return to the U.S. for a month of shows. Touring in support of their latest studio effort, _ The Floor’s Too Far Away_ the band will open in Pittsburgh at the Rex Theatre and cross the nation, wrapping up on July 15 at the Fillmore in San Francisco. Dub Trio will open the first few weeks of shows after which the Ozrics have tapped a few other groups, including Particle and the Everyone Orchestra. Ozric Tentacles recorded _ The Floor’s Too Far Away_, which Magna Carta will release on July 18, at keyboardist/guitar player Ed Wynnes home studio in Somerset, England.
