Mickey Hart will perform with a number of old friends throughout the summer months.

On July 5th, Hart will play a special one time only set at Milwaukee’s
Summerfest billed as ‘Mickey Hart & Friends,’ featuring members of both Particle and
The Mutaytor. Hart toured with Particle as Hyrda in 2005 and collaborated with the Mutaytor at Green Apple in April. As previously reported, Hart reunite with his longtime drumming partner Bill Kreutzmann for a special set at the Gathering of the Vibes.
In September, Hart will revive his Planet Drum project with Zakir Hussain for a 10 day run of west coast dates. Planet Drum will also feature original members Sikiru Adepoju
and Giovanni Hidalgo, addition to several others friends.
