Dirty Dozen Brass Band guitarist Jamie McLean opened last nights Galactic show at the Paradise Rock Club. Following a set with his band, McLean stepped out for a stretch with the headliners, appearing on such songs as ‘Bongo Joe’ and ‘Black Talk.’ McLean and his group will be at the Main Pub is Manchester, CT this evening before opening Galactics Friday night gig at Toad’s Place in New Haven. From there the Jamie McLean Band will perform some additional east coast gigs over the ensuing week, including dates with New Orleans-based artists The Radiators and Papa Grows Funk.
