After a few months of hibernation, medical school and weddings, Addison Groove Project has confirmed a pair of live dates. On December 29 and 30, the quintet will perform at Bostons Harper’s Ferry during guitarist Brendan McGinns holiday break from medical school. In other AGP-related news, on Saturday Addison Groove Project keyboardist Rob Marscher performed a set of instrumental music aboard New Yorks Rocks Off Boat Cruise along with sometimes Jennifer Hartswick Band drummer Conor Elmes. The pair offered a number of Marscher originals and choice covers, including the Beatles I am the Walrus, Radioheads ‘Let Down’ and ‘All I Need’ and Foo Fighters ‘I’ll Stick Around.’ The boat cruise doubled as the 25th birthday party for Relix/Jambands.coms Mike Greenhaus and featured the debut performance by Relix Executive Editor Josh Baron ( who sang lead vocals on a his fathers version of the Happy Birthday song backed by the organ/drums combo).
