Wetlands Preserved: The Story of an Activist Rock Club, the documentary film that traces the history of fabled New York City nightclub Wetlands Preserve, will screen next Saturday October 14 at 7:45PM at the Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, NY. This screening will be part of the Woodstock Film Festival, which takes place from October 11-15. Members of the cast and crew of the will be on hand following the film for an audience Q and A session.

Wetlands Preserved, directed by site editor Dean Budnick, incorporates archival footage, soundboard recordings and the efforts of a dozen digital animators to chronicle the clubs tenure from February 1989 through September 2001. Wetlands Preserved features music from Phish, Blues Traveler, moe., The Disco Biscuits, Dave Matthews Band, Sublime, Ben Harper, Spearhead, 311, Ani DiFranco, Robert Randolph & the Family Band, Spin Doctors, Fishbone, Agnostic Front and many additional artists.
