A number of guests joined New Monsoon onstage over the past week . On Saturday New Monsoon opened for moe. at New Hampshires Hampton Beach Casino and the group invited Chuck Garvey out during its set for Double Clutch. A few nights earlier a number of New Monsoons California-brethren joined the band onstage at New Yorks Mercury Lounge. On Friday ALOs Dan Lebowitz performed on Greenhouse, ALOs Steve Adams jammed on Trippy Keys and Karl Densons Tiny Universes Ron Johnson collaborated on Another Night in Purgatory and Eminence Front. On Thursday Hot Buttered Rums Zac Matthews and Aaron Redner also appeared on a cover of Led Zeppelin’s Bron-Y-Aur-Stomp at the New York venue. Finally last Tuesday Railroad Earths Tim Carbone sat-in in for the groups entire show, while Chris Berry joined New Monsoon for Bridge of the Gods and Mountain Air at Philadelphias World Cafn Philadelphia.
