moe. guitarist Al Schnier is currently suffering from tendonitis in his right hand. As a result, the band has announced that he will not be performing on guitar during moe.s upcoming slate of shows scheduled through the week. Schnier will be contributing vocals, while a number of other players will guest with the group. Last evening at Burlington, Vermont’s Higher Ground, Gordon Stone appeared during the first set for a number of songs (many of which he has performed with Schnier in Al & The Transamericans) including Waiting for the Punchline, Can’t Seem To Find, and Time Again. Assembly of Dust guitar player Adam Terrell joined Stone and moe. for the version of St. Augustine that closed set one and remained for much of the second set. moe. will return to Higher Ground this evening and the band has announced that it will will offer refunds at point-of-purchase before the performance for those who choose not to attend.
