While live events have been curtailed at Horning’s Hideout in North Plains, OR, one festival has announced that it will be back in 2007. The Northwest String Summit will return to the site on August 24-26. This will be the sixth year for the NWS, which is hosted by the Yonder Mountain String Band, who will perform over all three days. The 2007 line-up has yet to be announced but last years festival also included appearances from Chris Thile, Son Volt Acoustic, Darol Anger, Brendan Bayliss & YMSBs Jeff Austin, Todd Snider and others.
