This past weekend Nate Wilson (assembly of Dust, Percy Hill) performed with his Nate Wilson Group to a sold-out crowd at Stone Church in Newmarket, NH. Making his debut appearance with the quintet was John Brown’s Body bass player Nate Edgar. Edgar will now hold down the bottom as part of a line-up that has been solidified. Also on board is percussionist Yahuba Garcia (the subject of an upcoming Jambands.com feature story), AOD guitarist Adam Terrell and Uncle Sammy alum Tom Arey on drums (Arey is still hailed by a hero by your site editor as he drove a few hundred miles out of his way to appear in the 2002 moe.down basketball tournament, which was scheduled a day prior to his Uncle Sammy moe.down slot). The Nate Wilson Group will next appear at the Tap Bar at New York City’s Knitting Factory on April 6th.
