Just as the Allman Brothers Band wraps up its Beacon Theatre run this weekend, the band casts its eyes to the summer. The group has confirmed a number of August dates with RatDog. The two bands will first appear together at the Nissan Pavilion in Bristow, Virginia on August 14 and travel together through August 22 at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey (with Keller Williams also on the bill on August 17 at Camden, New Jerseys Tweeter Center). In addition, the ABB will perform with the North Mississippi Allstars at Meadowbrook Farm in Gilford, New Hampshire (August 3) and appear for two nights at the Bank Boston Pavilion (August 7, 8) As previously reported, the Brothers also will anchor the Newport Folk Festival on Saturday August 4.
