Warren Haynes has confirmed that Phil Lesh and Friends will perform at his Mountain Jam festival. Lesh will headline Mountain Jam on Sunday, June 3, while Govt Mule will anchor both Friday and Saturdays festivities. For this event, Leshs friends will include Haynes drummer John Molo, guitarist John Scofield and keyboardist Steve Molitz. Other confirmed acts include Umphreys McGee, G. Love and Special Sauce, Michael Franti and Spearhead, and Tea Leaf Green, among others. In other Govt Mule news, some intriguing guests performed with the group Saturday at Tuscaloosa, ALs Jupiter’s. During the Thorazine Shuffle, the Pride Of The Crimson Tide all Girl Dance Troupe performed with the group onstage. Govt Mule will perform at Baton Rouge, LAs Texas Music Hall tonight.
