Ever since the untimely passing of guitarist Mike Jaimes, Gent Treadly has taken time away from steady gigging. In early-May however, the bands co-founder, bassist Greg Koerner will perform in a new context. Koerner will lay down the low rumble as he joins Stephen Perkins (Jane’s Addiction) and Banyan for four northeast dates. Koerner will appear with Banyan in New York City (Cutting Room, May 9), Newmarket, NH (Stone Church, May 10), Northampton, MA (Pearl Street, May 11) and Burlington, VT (Higher Ground, May 12). Another incarnation of Gent Treadly will then likely resurface in mid-summer.
